Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

• You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Earrings and nose pins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it free.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days after we receive the item.
